These homes may be decorated at any of the following VIP, Deluxe, Custom or Economy levels. Most have docks. Some have a significant number of stairs from the home to the lakefront. Some have steep driveways as well.

These are our very nicest homes, and they may be professionally decorated; they feature dramatic decor elements, art and/or accessories. They will resemble realtor's show homes both inside and out.

These homes are nicely furnished and decor is well matched. Carpet and furnishings have some nice touches and show little or no wear.

These homes and townhomes are noticeably less up-to-date and may show some noticeable wear. They are still clean and comfortable.

These are clean but basic homes and townhomes. Furnishings, carpets and other aspects of the interior decor may older or less stylish than our other homes. Some furnishings may be mis-matched, but all will be functional and in working order.
