How To Use The Bella Vista Property Owner’s Association Automated Tee Time Reservation System
The Bella Vista POA Automated Tee Time System is designed to assist you in booking the best available tee times with a minimum of effort.
Instead of having to call each clubhouse to inquire about tee times that best meet your needs, the automated system stores currently available tee times for all Bella Vista Courses in a central database, allowing you to choose the best available time from all courses with a single call. The Automated system is only for future date bookings; requests for same day tee times must be made directly to the individual course.
Here is how the automated system works:
Bella Vista Property Owners:
Property owners who reside in the local Bella Vista calling area can acquire an access number directly from the Bella Vista Property Owner’s Association (479-855-8000). This number is found on your paper Membership Card. You can make tee times by calling 479-855-8199 up to three days in advance using that tee time number, and up to two tee times can be made with one call. The member requesting the tee time must play in the group.
Property owners who live outside of the Bella Vista local calling area can acquire an access number directly from the Bella Vista POA (479-855-8000). This number is also found on your paper Membership Card. You can make tee times by calling 479-855-8088 from outside the local calling area, up to 12 months in advance for up to four consecutive days of golf, using that tee time number and your long distance phone number. Members making more than one visit per month will be limited to 1 tee time per week. Tee times made on consecutive days may not be made for the same course, and the member requesting the tee time must play in the group.
Non-Property Owners (Guests):
Non-Property Owners need a Guest Card. Every guest age 13 or older who will use the Bella Vista recreation facilities during their stay needs a guest card. You will need to give Vacation Rentals the name, home address and phone number of each person who will need a card. Please give us this information when you make your reservations or at least call it back in to our reservations office at 1-800-FUN-IN-BV before your scheduled arrival date so we can have these cards ready for you!
Next, to use the Bella Vista POA Automated Tee Time System, you will need an Access Number. Not all golfers need an access number, only the person who will be making tee times through the system need to be assigned an access number. Guests can make tee times up to one day in advance, starting at 7 AM local time. If you want to make advance tee times for the day following your arrival, you can call Vacation Rentals at 1-800-FUN-IN-BV (1-800-386-4628) or (479) 855-1111 and ask that we assign you an access number. You can then call the Bella Vista POA Automated Tee Time System at (479) 855-8199 and book your tee time. If you will not be requesting a tee time for the day following your arrival but would like to have one for use later during your stay, you can simply request your Bella Vista POA Automated Tee Time Access System number when you check-in.

Off Riordan Road at the Kingsdale Complex. An 18 hole, par 72 course with 6,156 yards from the white tees and a slope rating of 109. This course has a great layout.
479-855-8123 | Executive course at the Branchwood Complex on Glasgow Road in the Highlands area. 9 holes, par 27 with a white tee yardage of 1,211 yards. No slope rating is available. Branchwood is a walking course.
479-855-8181 | Off Cooper Road, this is the premier tournament course in Bella Vista and is home of the United States Coaches Tournament. An 18 hole, par 72 course with 6,432 yards from the white tees and a slope rating of 122. Blue tees available.
479-855-8130 | In the Highlands "west" property, this is a beautifully rolling target course. Golfers must keep it straight – this course is a real challenge! 18 holes, par 72 with a white tee yardage of 6,098 and a slope rating of 127.

Off Riordan Road at the Kingsdale complex, this course lies north of the Kingsdale Clubhouse. It features a great layout and crosses Sugar Creek a number of times. 18 holes, par 72 with a white tee yardage of 6,296 and a slope rating of 110.
479-855-8123 | An Executive course, the Brittany
Course, is located around the Metfield complex, accessed by taking Trafalgar Road from Highway 71 to Commonwealth, then to Euston Road. This course is fun to play and consists of challenging par 3 and 4’s. While there are no par 5’s, golfers can use their driver on all of the par 4’s. Also at the Metfield Clubhouse, the all new Dogwood Hills 18 hole course which opened in May, 1999, expected to become Bella Vista's new "signature" golf course!
479-855-8160 | This is a great Scottish Links golf course and features one flat nine with a lot of water and the other nine is on beautiful rolling hills. It is located in the Highlands below Loch Lomand dam (Highway 340 west, right on Glasgow, then right on Scottsdale Drive. An 18 hole, par 72 course with a white tee yardage of 6,296 yards and a slope rating of 124. Blue tees are available.
